Love it. I highly recommend living in the lower garden district.

The Jackson

Love living here! It is a new build, newly opened. It has a gym, pool, roof-deck, grills, study spaces (few), lounge rooms, indoor pickle-ball court. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Many retirees, other students, healthcare workers, etc. living here.
Management is super responsive.

The Jackson

The apartments themselves are nice but they have not put in all of the amenities yet. Maintenance is responsive but there seems to be occational problems that pop up.
