I have enjoyed renting from MyUARental because I am in close proximity to the law school and my rent is affordable compared to other properties close to the school. I have access to 2 pools, hot tubs, and a small gym. My house is nice and the maintenance crew responds very quickly to our requests.

Review of My UofA Rental Property
Generally, this is a good place to live. It is located conveniently close to campus (relatively walkable), the property is large, and the rent is reasonable. There have been some issues with maintenance response times, although they have ultimately fixed everything requested. Other problems have included a minor cricket infestation, A/C leakage, a car break-in, and sparse parking availability issues.
