Great Value, Noisy Neighbourhood

The building is a classic Toronto (condo) apartment with spacious floorplans, great amenities, and beautiful grounds. Very pet friendly. Used to be calm and quiet as most residents were seniors. As time goes on, more students move in and the building is now less quiet and amenities are busier. Neighbourhood is busy and can get noisy, but great access to transit and activities.

Great building, for now

Building used to be majority owner-occupied by retirees. As they pass or move away, they are replaced by undergraduate students with no connection to the building or neighbourhood.
