Great place to live
Location is good. Close to DSOL and downtown/market square/gay street. Several places to eat/drink within walking distance. Sometimes I do wish we lived closer to a target & chic-fil-a. We feel safe there and have had no issues in that aspect. The apartment life teams has around 3 events every month. Not a lot of people come but the events are fun and the apartment life team are great! Pool, study room, & gym are all nice. Great view of the river. Overall we love it.

South Banks is a great place to live
I really enjoy South Banks. The leasing managers are great and extremely friendly. The amenity center is also state-of-the-art and really beautiful. The location is perfect in my opinion, less than 1.5 miles from campus and located right on the river with walking trails. It feels like enough of a break from school without being too far away.
The apartments are brand new; they were built in 2023, so you don't have to worry about any issues.
The complex is filled with mostly young people, but there are some older people and families, too.
Overall again really great place to live.

One of the Best
Easily one of the best complexes in Knoxville. Amenities are great and well-kept, pool is large, and management is very efficient. Great location right on the water in south knox and is nice for walking around the neighborhood. Street parking is free, and the price overall is very competitive compared to others in the area.

Nice area
I really enjoy the apartment complex. Its right on the river so it feels like a nice way to get a break from school work without having to be far away from home. The management is nice, havent had any issues really. The rent is expensive, but overall i like the complex
