Beautiful Apartment, but Paying for It

This apartment is beautiful and updated in a way that keeps with the character and charm of the building. However, it’s pricey and management does not do a great job of addressing concerns quickly. Parking is optional, but expensive in my opinion for what you’re getting. I’ve enjoyed the area it’s in, extremely walkable and close to VCU’s campus as well as Carytown. Just too expensive for me to continue staying here.

I recommend Flag Factory

The apartment itself is awesome, it is in the heart of the Fan district, close to VCU. I have had no issues with management, and from my experience they are very responsive to residents
