Good management and quiet.

The management is very welcoming. They are strict about rules such as when trash can be left out for pickup, but enforcement keeps the common areas clean. The neighborhood is safe, with some restaurants and stores nearby. Good neighborhood, mostly quiet. Every maintenance request was fixed within 24 hours of being placed. The garage is empty during the workday, so people have jobs and are not up all night. I rarely hear any neighbors.

The Sadie Review

I LOVE The Sadie! The complex is new and well managed. It is in a really safe area with easy access to the Law School as well as grocery stores and other amenities!
