You get what you pay for

It is a luxury high rise so there is 24/7 doormen and security, which makes the building feel super safe. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool and gym. The building open up less than a year ago so everything is very new. There is also a gated parking garage within the building, but it does cost $125 a month.
