Verve Columbus

The Verve is a new, up-to-date facility that's a 10-15 minute walk from campus. It has programming for residents, key card access, and is conveniently located across Kroger, just to name a few perks. Also, parking is very limited and not included in rent (most students are forced to park in the Gateway deck). Overall though, it is a nice place to live for students.

VERVE Columbus

Really great amenities and staff is solid. I feel like I was told there would be more events, opportunities with food/coffee, etc. that certainly have not happened. Gym is incredible for an apartment. Rent is definitely higher than around the area.
