Uncommon Columbus

i live with 3 others in a 4x4 and we love our stay is afforable and we have a big kithcne and a lot of space for our stuff. my room has floor to ceiling windows and its beautiful. i will renew for another year

I’ve had a really positive experience living at uncommon Columbus. The staff is always friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful whenever questions or maintenance needs come up, which makes a huge difference day-to-day. This is a huge change from where I previously lived. The amenities are also a big highlight-everything is clean and well maintained, which makes them easy to enjoy. My friends always want to come over and use the amenities! If I wasn’t graduating, I would 100% live here again.

Uncommon is close to so many restaurant's, grocery stores and within walking distance to most of OSU's campuses. I enjoy how beautiful the renovations are and how great my living experience has been thus far. Would definitely recommend living here!

I have lived here for the past 2 years and couldn’t be happier. Maintenance is quick, management is super responsive. Super close to everything I need to access as a student.

My rent is cheap and they have a lot to offer theres not much more you can ask for on Highstreet. I have a 10 min walk to my classes and im close to everything, my roommate was random but we get along they did a good job of matching us. also i have parking which was extra but they were great at getting this added

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at Uncommon Columbus. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and comfortable with lots of sunlight and plenty of storage. The location is super convenient — it’s close to the COTA bus stop and several grocery stores, which makes daily life very easy.

The only concern is that there are sometimes homeless people around the nearby streets, especially late at night, which can feel a bit unsafe when walking alone. However, inside the building everything feels secure, and the staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive.

If you want to live close to campus and value convenience, this is still a great option overall.

Great location, within a seven-minute walk to the law school and one block away from a Kroger. It is very convenient and has parking under the apartment complex, which was important to me. While it is loud from the street traffic, it is not intolerable.

This place will do the absolute minimum and charge you the absolut maximum.

They will not make good on their promise of a sign up bonus and they will not maintain the building after the first few weeks after move in.

Gym had stuff broken all year.

Trash piled up in every trash can and trash room.

Never clean.

Never fast maintenance response.

I would rather live in UV and that is saying something.

Security is almost never around at night.

Parking garage always open and 1st floor parking garage does not require a key (broken). This means anyone can just walk in. Has been this way for a whole year even after multiple work orders.

No ac for half the year (85F in my room).
