West Philly Apt

I live in a very spacious, two-floor 2BR with in unit laundry, plenty of parking and a ton of light. It’s not in the area where most of our classmates live, but that can be nice as well. It’s a 8 minute bike ride to work, 10 minute bus or 25 min walk to HUP, very close walk to Presby. I mostly bike. The downsides are a landlord who can be slow to fix things and not being as close to all the restaurants in center city or grad hospital
