Excellent
I live in a single in Bellarmine (it's equipped for two students but I am living in the space alone) and it is very nice! Big windows and nice built-in storage space. Comes with its own sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and box fan. The beds are high enough that you can fit plenty of storage under them, but not so high that it's inconvenient. I'm a first year grad student and this room is so much nicer than the rooms at my undergrad institution. The location is also ideal because it's next to the law building. If you're a law student like me who's a bit sluggish in the morning, I highly recommend Bellarmine because I don't have to wake up extra early to commute.
I also really appreciate the security of the building. The front door and the elevator both require ID access, so it's very difficult for a random townie to even get into the building, let alone make it up to the residential floors. The campus safety officers are also nearby and will come if you have any issues. As a young woman living alone, it's very reassuring to have these security measures in place.
It has communal bathrooms but they are pretty clean (I live on a women's-only floor so I can't speak for the condition of the men's floors, but my floor is quite tidy). If you're looking for a bigger apartment-style setup with a full kitchen, it may be on the small side for you, but it's perfect if you like dorm/studio style living!
My only (small) complaint is that there is not a built-in closet. There are two standing dressers, but I have LOTS of clothes and they didn't all fit in the dressers, so I ended up stashing the rest of them in bins under the bed. If you have lots of stuff, I'd recommend bringing some under-the-bed storage containers - there's plenty of room to put stuff, but bring your own bins in case it doesn't all fit in the built-in storage units!
Just a heads-up: I got put on a floor with lots of undergrads, and the floor has two RAs. It's not an issue for me because I'm 22 and am very used to living around college-aged girls in a dorm setting, but if you're older/don't want to feel like you're living in a college dorm, student housing here might not be the best fit for you.
Overall, I love living in Bellarmine and would highly recommend!
