Excellent property for law students
I would highly recommend Aqua on the Levee to any UC Law student. The property is about a 10 minute drive from campus. Residents have access to the shops and entertainment which is less than a 5 minute walk from Newport on the Levee. Also, residents can walk across the bridges into downtown Cincinnati for sporting events. A Kroger Marketplace and Target are a 5 minute drive away. The building itself is clean, has a nice pool, great views, and guaranteed, secured parking spaces. The maintenance team is great and super responsive to any issues. My only complaint is that the ceiling is thin so I can hear my upstairs neighbor moving around and you can hear through the doors when walking in the halls.
