The Speigels are absolutely lovely

You rent individual rooms (which sometimes include an additional office or private bathroom) and it includes all utilities. Parkin is street but is almost always available as we are not in Clifton but close to it. The place also comes fully furnished! As landlord they are flexible, kind, generous, and super communicative! I have never felt so valued as a tenant ever and I try to give as much care to my landlord for such a sweet deal and their kindness. Lease is basically month but month.
