Great experience for living alone!
Willie’s Villas (1021 Vattier) has friendly, responsive management. The landlord built the property and owns it, and he’s awesome! My unit has its own washer and dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, and ice machine in the fridge. The building is about a 6 minute walk from the business building. It’s only 2 blocks east of campus. No pets are allowed at this property, but I don’t have a pet. Living alone, this property has been great!
