Basics are good, Management is great

The property is older, so the interior common spaces/entryway are dated, but the apartments are well-kept. No dishwasher or garbage disposal, but all the other appliances work well. Management responds within 24 hours to concerns or inquiries, which I have appreciated.

Did have a small mouse problem that was solved within a couple of weeks (sealed my apartment and trapped the mice).
