BEST PLACE EVER
I love living here so much! Everyone is super sweet and it’s only a 5 minute walk to campus. The owners are amazing and really care about the property. We have bug sprays, hvac checks, lights replaced, air filters replaced etc all routinely without us asking. Split between 3 roomates we each pay $425 a month plus utilities which are generally $50-$70 a month. Parking is included and is the only one on Anderson that goes through to the parking lot by memorial field. They have security cameras in place outside too. This is a 10/10 apartment building/community and I will be living here for as long as I can.
