Nice townhouse, okay location, bad management
These townhomes are brand new and modern. It was nice to have a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom with new appliances and parking provided, but you are sacrificing nice amenities for a bad area and bad management. The townhomes are right off of a busy road, Millwood Ave, and one block over from bad neighborhoods. Despite being brand new, you can tell they went the cheap route because the appliances do not work very well and we had to call them to fix many problems. The management is what you can typically expect from a Columbia landlord, not great. They were not very responsive, and if they did message us back or respond, it was about rent or resigning. It is a very undergrad townhome complex, so as a grad student, it's not an ideal location.
