Budget Friendly/Space Maximizing Option

The interior is renovated, which was difficult to find within a certain price range. You will get bang for your buck in terms of space, 2 parking spaces as well and it is mostly quiet. Sirens are almost daily, but you get that with city living anywhere. I know that if I moved closer into the city I'd end up paying substantially more for the amount of space, so I deal with it. Renter discretion is advised!
