Good apartment for the law school

My apartment is not large, but for the price I'm very happy. Rent is steep, but for that price I have all utilities included, free convenient parking, I'm across the street from the law school so I never have to worry about a commute, and the additional benefits the building offers are pretty nice. I'd really recommend Senate Plaza if you can afford it.

The location across the street from the law school is ideal. The building is very safe and the people are very friendly.

Senate Plaza Review

I enjoy it. Very close to the law school. Some units are a little outdated, and the washer and dryers are in the basement and are $5 a load.

Convenience is Key

I absolutely love living at Senate Plaza. Management is always responsive and ready to assist with any of your needs. The proximity to the law school is a major benefit as a 1L. The commute and parking makes the higher price tag worth it.

It is nice not having to worry about utility and internet bills. Senate Plaza makes it easy to manage finances because I know exactly how much I am going to spend each month on living. I cannot recommend it enough to incoming USC Law students.
