2333 Terrace Way

Really cute apartment and lots of space. Layout is weird and this could be either an extremely spacious 1 bedroom, normal 2 bedroom, or a pretty cramped 3 bedroom. The 1 bathroom is small. There are 2 screened in porches. Finishes are okay, some of the kitchen is not well finished but it has newer appliances. Water pressure is not great. Big backyard and small fenced area to keep a dog. No storage, only a closet in 1 bedroom and a hall closet. Lots of cockroaches.
