Infested with Roaches

This building is completely infested, they do regular extermination treatments but the issue has persisted. If you can ignore pests, it is a nice place but if not, find somewhere else.

Amberson Plaza

I have really enjoyed living at Amberson Plaza. The staff is very responsive to maintenance requests and questions. The parking is free upon request, and everything in the building is well-maintained. The bus stop is right across the street to get to and from Oakland, so Amberson Plaza has a very convenient location.
