About My Apartment
I like the view from my apartment which I think still kept me in my place. I can enjoy a mountain view and a large tree view. It's opposite to Reno Rodeo, so in case of events I can see people come and enjoy, specially in the weekend. My wife likes the apartment due to enough sunlight and she can take care of her indoor plants. Compared to other place similar to this, the price is competitive, currently a similar size apartment will cause more than $1100. However, for new residents the landlord may increase the price, but he never increases the price after that, which means if someone stays there for 5 years the rent will be the same after 5 years.
