Cheaper Option Close to Campus

Cherokee Ridge is an old apartment complex built in 60s or 70s. The management is very friendly and responsive, but unfortunately, there are a few aspects of this apartment that show its age. There is no dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer in-unit. May not be a huge deal for some, but it is an inconvience. The units are well kept, but old. There is not central AC or heating, just a mini unit that connects to the outside (think hotel room AC). This AC struggles to cool the entire unit, and I had to buy my own portable unit to supplement during the night. This is a "cheaper" option that is close to campus, but don't expect anything luxurious.
