The Bend -- Fishtown (Philly)

Great location in the heart of Fishtown– plenty of restaurants within walking distance and 5 min walk from the metro station. There's in unit laundry, ample cabinet space in the kitchen, and an ice-maker in the freezer. The building also has a mail room, lobby, and rooftop deck. The rental company is very prompt/responsive with all maintenance requests (typically fixing the issue within 24-48 hours). There is no on site parking but I haven't had an issue finding street parking nearby.
