Lovely small complex

I love living here. The apartments are simple but cozy, and you even get a postage stamp backyard. All units are one-story so there are no stairs/elevators/long walks from your car to the door. I've never had any issues with neighbors. I certainly wouldn't say the neighborhood is upscale, but I've never had safety issues, and it's really great living 10-15 minute drive to the school or downtown. Rent is reasonable, landlords aren't overbearing or otherwise oppressive.
