If you are okay with commuting, definitely consider LC Hilliard
No complaints about the unit. It was very clean on move-in, nothing was broken, no issues with things like noise, temperature, pests. Maintenance team has responded within a couple hours every time I've put in a request, and have fixed any issues within 2 days. They all give plenty of heads up whenever they need to enter the unit for any reason. Located write off of 270, so its super easy to get anywhere in/around Columbus. The area feels very safe, have not had or heard of any issues. You can walk across the street to Market District, Urgent Care, and a couple restaurants. Decent amount of things to do nearby like Old Hilliard and the fairgrounds. There is a gym and pool. Also a bar/restaurant attached to the main office. They host events multiple times per week like movie nights and volleyball leagues. Least favorite thing is just having to drive to campus but its not too far, and the cost, amenities, and area definitely make up for that.
