Great location and amenities

Good place to live as a graduate student

This apartment complex has been plagues with problems from car thefts, burglaries, break ins, to even cocaine being found in the main lobby, The management is largely unresponsive and has hired private security which has been essentially useless. My car's wheels were stollen from their garage that I pay 100 a month additional to park in. They have yet to do anything significant about it. There was also someone illegally living in an empty unit and stealing residents' packages as well as bikes from the bike room. Though it was built only 2 years ago, it is already starting to show its age and is terribly overpriced. The gym is an additional 45 a month though it was advertised to be free when I first moved in. I regret living here.

Great place to live

Nice, new apartment complex that is very close to the medical center (~10 minute walk). Lots of other medical students live here. Some great amenities like study spaces, pool, lounges, etc. It is pretty expensive though. Need to pay for parking, utilities, internet on top of already high rent. Would be tough to afford this living by yourself, I make it work by splitting a 1 bedroom with my SO. Have a gym on property, regular price is 60/month residents get 45/month. Some break-ins, tire theft, car jacking etc have occurred in the garage. Apparently security is buffed up now but we will see how it goes.

The apartment complex is new, so the amenities are great! A new coffee shop/bar and gym just opened up in the building, and there is a pool. I like how close I am to the medical campus, and the area feels safe when I walk there. The rent is expensive and things like Internet/utilities/parking are not included, so that is definitely something to take into consideration.

No major issues, close walk. Parking garage is expensive and has had theft issues. Prompt with maintenance

Apartment is great, location is great, and maintenance requests are delt with very quickly.
No parking included. Those that have purchased a parking space, have experienced some significant security concerns (cars broken into, recently tiers off of many Honda Civics were stolen).

Otherwise, I really like the facilities, great coffee/bar right downstairs!
