Great Place. Maybe Overpriced.

Pros:
1) Great location. Very vibrant and young community, mostly students, with lots of great restaurants, stores, nice buildings, etc. Probably one of the best for a student in the city. Also close to both lines 1 and 2 so good for commuting to school and for getting around the rest of the city.
2) Brand new building.
3) Management team on-site who is available immediately to fix any issues.
4) Very nice view of the Toronto skyline.
5) Quiet, clean, and respectful neighbours. Mostly families in the building which is nice and rare to find in a student neighbourhood.
6) Large balconies.
7) Smaller, more boutique building. Means there are less people living here, less wait times for elevators, opportunities for issues, etc.
8) Gym on-site.

Cons:
1) No security on-site. There is an access card system for entering the building both from the parking and the street level, but when living downtown it would be nice to have 24/7 security, especially at this price point.
2) Rent is high and parking, utilities, etc. is extra.
