Review
The apartment itself is very nice. I have lived here for 3 years now and love how close it is to school and the Shaw neighborhood. The only complaints I have are the street parking and the manager's responsiveness to complaints. Packages get stolen all the time and my car has been hit twice overnight while parked on the street. Each unit only comes with one parking spot in the back. Also, the manager hardly ever responds but maintenance is pretty good.
