Good option if space is your priority
For the price, it has excellent space for a large living room and kitchen. The master bedroom is large enough for a king bed + full office space. Second bedroom is smaller but can also hold a queen bed. Parking ($75/mo) is enclosed garage. Have to separately pay for electricity (~$110) and internet (~$30). No real amenities. SUPER CLOSE TO CAMPUS (4min on low-traffic roads). On the corner of a beautiful park--Lafayette park. Super thick walls as well. Both of my neighbors have large dogs and I've never heard either of them bark.
