Great location for law students.

Location is perfect for law students. Apartment is spacious for the price. Parking situation is sub-par (city parking ramp).

Great Living space and Commute

My studio is very spacious with plenty of room for a fully devoted living area separate from the bedroom area. The apartment complex is also located steps from downtown and minutes from my school. However, because you are steps from downtown, you can hear the nightlife all night long on weekends and College thursdays.

Living Downtown

I really enjoy living at The Southeastern Building. It’s in an extremely good location, a 3 minute walk to the Law school, and directly on the Main Street downtown.
