Review for Rise Bridgeview
This apartment complex is spacious and has been renovating all their units. They are pet friendly, but do charge a deposit and monthly pet rent. They have pest control that you can request when you need it. There is a good amount of parking, and towing is enforced. Management is pretty responsive, and so is maintenance. There are some issues with the apartment that haven't been fixed. Random holes in the molding, a gap between the door and the door frame, moldy showers, dirty fans in the bathrooms, etc. I would say this is a pretty good place besides these things, but a bit overpriced when you take everything into account. The best thing about this complex is how close it is to everything. It is right off of Battleground, and about 15 minutes from school.
