Great overall

I had never been to Boulder prior to moving for school, so I hadn't seen my apartment beforehand. That said, I've absolutely loved it. I've never lived anywhere with such attentive administrative and maintenance staffs. The minor issues I've encountered have been few and far between, and the management here jumps through hoops to resolve anything as quickly as possible. It's pretty quiet, which I've loved with the amount of reading we do. No undergrads, and I'd say most residents are aged 30s to 40s (with outliers on either end of the spectrum). The building has a view of the mountains, is super close to everything you could ever need (8 min drive from campus), free parking and pool access, a 3-minute walk from a pretty public park with a lake, a beautiful courtyard, and the management gets monthly food trucks/free lunch for residents. I'd give it a 10/10, but I took off points because my apartment doesn't allow pets (although a lot of my neighbors have cats?), there are no private balconies so it can sometimes feel stuffy, and it is pretty pricy to live alone.

Great for law students

Extremely quiet, safe, no complaints. Having done my first year of law school mostly online I’m glad I had an apartment to myself to be able to study and attend class
