The Hub 31 Brewerytown - Affordability and Convenience
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Hub. I have enjoyed the flexibility of 24-gym access and affordable parking in a secure parking lot for $70/month. I take the 49 bus directly to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. As someone who wanted to live a little outside of the city and wanted to prioritize bringing her car, this complex has brought a perfect mix of affordability, convenience, and space.
