Hate and love

It’s a complex feeling :
Love: fully furnished, new apartment, pet friendly, close to Rice.
Hate: a lit bit expensive, fire alarm is too sensitive, some of the neighbors are undergrads, missing few times of packages, homeless around but no harmful( front desk and security are helpful with homeless issues)
