Get what you pay for

Chittenden is pretty notorious on OSU but this apartment is past summit so there are less of the problems that you'd imagine. Noise is pretty bad on the weekends. Apartment is updated and gets the job done. Less than a ten minute walk to the OSU campus. Haven't had any issues with crime and the parking is pretty good.
