Loud but convenient location.

The building was built in 1969 and it is clear that little renovations have been done. While there was a new laminate floor installed, it's uneven and can very clearly hear movement from the upstairs tenant. In addition, I have had to request maintenance 3 times in a month. Because it is on a busy street, there is often sirens and honking that can be heard. It's also close to campus so a lot of student generated noise from parties and tailgates is very common. However, the close proximity to campus and the price is hard to beat.
