Overall Very Safe and Great Value

I have not had any negative encounters during my time at the Courts. The parking lot is gated and requires residences to scan their keyfob, I’ve never had to worry about my car being broken into. I’ve never had an issue with water or electricity. Management keeps residents up to date with newsletters and announcements. Easy to use app that can be used to pay rent, request repairs, etc. No gym or recreational amenities. They require you to have renters insurance.
