The apartment is very nicely decorated. Interior is updated. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, dishes, Keurig, air fryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher. The refrigerator & kitchen cabinets are labeled for allocated shared space.
Full size washer/ dryer with cabinet storage space above allocated by room #.
Bedroom is furnished with full size bed, small dresser and desk. Provide your own sheets/pillow/blanket.
ONE bathroom to share for THREE rooms is most challenging. Storage shelf with basket for each room.
Property Management is very responsive for repairs. They also own multiple properties in the area. Current roommates are GREAT, they are screened and responsible, respectful, clean up after themselves.
My only negative, was my car was broken into twice with a broken window and items stole from my car. There are cameras but it didn't catch anything. The owner did put up a new camera after my car was broken into 2nd time. The owner also bought me a security wheel lock and motion alarm for my car to prevent theft after 2nd break-in. I now street park behind the residence where a police offer lives and parks their cruiser.
