Wonderful apartment
Always clean, amenities are great, staff is super helpful and welcoming and the repair guys are super quick. Cleaning lady makes the whole apartment so sparkling clean and is so nice!

Living at Ari on Fourth
Awesome experience! Lived at many student housing close to UA and Ari is the best! Lived at pacific and Malibu and the hub and they don’t even compare close to my experience at all here at Ari. My favorite thing is probably how fast maintenance responds and fixes every issue. Staff is incredibly nice and amenities are amazing!
