Velo Riverside Review
I like that this apartment is spacious and relatively new. It was built only a few years ago, so the units are clean and have newer appliances. The building can be loud at times due to the younger demographic. It is also located a little more off the beaten path, which has both pros and cons. Additionally, depending on the time of year you move in, rent can be more expensive than at other complexes in the area.
The complex is located next to the Ohio River by a marina and has a lengthy walking path with great views of the river. The management is amazing! They have handled all of my requests quickly, usually within the same day. The only downside is that the property office is not open on Saturdays.
The complex also has great amenities, including a large gym, pool area, mailroom, clubhouse, and dog park. The amenities were one of the main reasons I chose this complex. Overall, it has been a great place to live!
