Great Apartment Building in Convenient Location

I've had a great experience living in this building. The building is conveniently located close to transit stops, coffee shops, and Over The Rhine. It is so close to both stadiums you can see them from the rooftop - you can even watch the Memorial Day Fireworks from the rooftop as well. You are also located only a seven minute drive from Newport. Management is helpful and quick with responses. There is a nightguard during the evening and a concierge controlling the lobby during the day. The amenities include a rooftop pool and hot tub, sauna, access to the gym next door and private rooms that can be booked for studying. It is a quiet environment that is great for students.
