Great

This is our 2nd apartment in Nashvile. We had a terrible experience with our first place. Gazebo is awesome. They’re timely with maintenance, they have great amenities, and we’ve had a great experience.

A Little Far but Workable

We have had a decent experience at this apartment. Honestly, multiple things have broken or not worked (including our shower, toilet, dishwasher), but maintenance has been responsive and fixed them. We are about a 25 minute drive from campus which is the biggest downside. It is a nice apartment and complex, but I wish we did not have so many maintenance issues.

One of the best places to live

The community is very quiet, it is comfortable and with many places close and accessible.

Great, safe place to live

Takes about 20 min. to get to campus in the morning and about 30-40 min. to get home at night (because of 440 construction).

They are building a bigger gym, but it has not opened yet. Probably will be open by Jan. 2020.

They have a small dog park, but not really ideal for your dog to play in.

Great

This is the first apartment I’ve lived in and it’s pretty nice. The gym isn’t incredible, but you can make it work. One thing I wish was different was how expensive it is to do laundry if you don’t have a unit in your apartment, it’s $1.75/load for washer or dryer. Other than that they’re good about maintenance requests or anything like that.

Gazebo Apartments

Very nice place for living. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, big student community, not a bad commute to school and good management.

Getting around South Nashville

South Nashville Reviews

4 reviews
Very close to busy roads, which can sometimes make leaving the complex or returning take additional time. Generally safe, but not an area that I would necessarily want to walk around at night by myself.
The neighborhood is good. Lots of new things coming to the area. Only 1 block from 12 south.
People are very nice! It does get noisy sometimes being close to 65. I do take extra precautions at night by parking in the gated lot.
Up and coming; lots of construction happening along 8th avenue. Will probably be a lot more expensive in the next several years with all of the development happening.
