Our little piece of heaven

If you think all of the housing places in Seattle and Bellevue are a dump, then you haven't lived here. Spacious, quiet, nice people. This has really been a treat for my busy family and I have to say I feel incredibly safe and respected. My only complaint, and its small, is that we will eventually need to move but only because we need more room!

It's ok but I thought the amenities would be better. Slow to service building as well. Management seems to be slow to respond. The grounds are OK but very small. Parking limited not a whole lot of options overall. Good location though I'm close to a lot of stuff but other than that not the best

Clean, quiet and great location

This apartment building is very quiet because of its concrete walls and floors. We do however hear the emergency vehicles passing us by as they are kind of loud. But otherwise no traffic noise or neighbor hassles whatsoever. Our 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, has hardwood floors (which we love!) and is generally in great condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would live here for the coming 5 years.. if only it were cheaper :(

All about the location!

We love living here with our pets, sunny apartment, no noise whatsoever (other than from emergency vehicles passing our building) and excellent location. The apartment is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. We love the hardwood floors in the living room area and everything in the apartment is well kept. feels like we're living in a hotel.

Could be better

the place is ok.

Bad pretend flooring, showers you cant adjust the pressure in and VERY VERY THIN WALLS!!! We can hear our upstairs neighbours enjoying themselves in very specific detail a few times a day. Good on them but ew. They're so thin We can hear conversations and light foot steps.

Staff are really lovely and the communal areas are nice.

We were only here for a month as corporate housing with work but there is no way we'd ever move here.

Avalon Towers

Hard to get everything you want downtown Bellevue at this price point. The only other upgrades ate Ashton, Ten20 and The Bravern (ultimate). However, all of those are way more expensive. Avalon also has the best location: across the street from Bellevue Square, Joeys, Black Bottle downstairs, Din Tai Fun, Parlor, Facing East, QFC, drug store, and tons of other convenient things. Grub Hub and Eat24 have like 15 places that will deliver including Chinese food.

Love it here

Love the apartment, very convenient location, close to everything. Has many restaurant. Very quiet neighborhood. The leasing office people are also very friendly and helpful when it comes to maintenanc issues. Highly recommend this.

Only draw back is that pricing is high.

All about the location

This apartment complex is great located, right downtown Bellevue, next to the mall and surrounded by restaurants. Enough parking in the garage and an okay gym (not too much equipment, but has the basics). Does have a great view! Nice staff, clean corridors, elevator and community areas. Overall, good place to live, bit pricey per square feet.
