Parking Nightmare

Cascade Terrace is very large apartment complex. Overall no main issues. Fairly old and dark apartments. We had a lot of issues with parking. There are barely any visitor spots and parking in Queen Anne is a huge hassle. My boyfriend also received several tickets parking his car in my paid for parking spot. The management said they would take care of it several times but they didn't. Parking is managed by a separate vendor. Ended up getting sent to collections. Will not consider living there again.

About Queen Anne

Queen Anne was one of the last neighborhoods to be established in the city of Seattle - mainly because it is built on steep land. Once the building commenced, many of the developers built Queen Anne-style homes, and the neighborhood eventually adopted this style as its name. The area contains both ...

Queen Anne Reviews

Queen Anne is a great neighborhood. I live one block away from Queen Anne Ave and am a one minute walk from anything I may need. I am minutes away from gyms, groceries (Trader Joes and Safeway), shopping, coffee shops, salons, restaurants, and bars. bustling lower queen anne is also just down the hill. (10 minute walk). The only downfall is that Queen Anne is slightly out of the way on public transit. You need to take two buses and it usually takes me about 50 minutes.. However, you can drive in 20 minutes, bike in 30.
A little tough to get to from the law school, but good if you're a few years out of school and not looking for the U-District experience.
It is very close to downtown (like 10min away withhout traffic). Close to lots of restarants and markets.
