Overall: Good Experience

After living at the Enclave for a few years, I’m happy with it, overall. The management team is great; though; they feel stretched thin lately. The neighborhood has changed some since the light rail arrived, but the convenience cannot be beat.

The neighborhood overall is great. The light rail and the Kraken Iceplex are great! The homeless population has really increased though, and sometimes it feels less safe.
