Okay/Good for price
The good: beautiful rooftop with gorgeous city and water view, easy to access off of aurora/45th Ave, updated finishes in unit, in unit laundry, ample street parking, nicely located between fremont and wallingford.
The bad: The apartment is directly on aurora ave so it is fairly loud constantly, the building has dial up internet so it was costly/inconvenient to figure out another option, low light in my unit because of the positioning of the building, packages are often stolen and there is a mold/water seeping in problem in my room that has not been solved by maintenance 2 months later.
