Nice place with a great location that's by a bus stop with lots of buses passing through everyday. Apartments have little insulation so a fair amount of noise gets through. Small apartments, but competitively priced for the area. Does not include utilities or anything. Has a small gym.

The price is very affordable for students or young adults giving the location at the heart of belltown. Leasing is very popular in peak season that runs out fast. Staffs and amenities are very nice. It is also super convenient for those who depend on public transportation to commute with a bus stop in right front of the apartment with various choices of restaurants.

Moda Apartments: Great location, Moderate rent, value for money
Great location at a reasonable price. The amenities are also top notch. It's the first time I've had a washer and dryer in my apartment and I'm definitely never switching back. The rooftop is really nice too. Equity Residential has been fantastic to work with; the leasing agent was incredibly nice and didn't pressure me at all. The building also schedules semi-regular social events which has been a great way to meet my neighbors!
