The Layne at Peccole Ranch

Overall, I like this complex. I felt that management and maintenance has been responsive to my needs. I feel safe, although I wish there were gates around the complex. I really like that it is next to the Peccole Ranch walking trails, which I use very frequently. I also like being close to both Downtown Summerlin and Boca Park. My biggest complaint currently is that my neighbors above and next to me make a lot of noise and unfortunately the walls are pretty thin. It distracts me from being able to study at home. Otherwise, I really like my apartment and I feel it is good value for the size and location.

All and all excellent. Easy to get to campus. Less expensive but good quality.

The apartments are very large with open space and the neighborhood itself feels pretty safe in the access to the walking trail really makes a difference in terms of being able to go outside and get exercise while feeling safe and being in the shade.
Cons: Definitely an older building system. Some of the construction can feel a little sloppy, but there are some renovated ones for a little bit more expensive.

Though I didn’t not feel my apartment was “move-in ready” when I first arrived, it has otherwise been a good place to live. The neighborhood and surrounding area is nice, with quick access to Summerlin parkway. Management has been responsive to my needs. Complex is usually quiet. I love the floor plan of my apartment. There is a pool, gym, and clubhouse. You also get a covered spot with rent.
Would love if the complex was gated, it otherwise seems safe.

I really like this apartment complex. Maintenance requests are completed within 1-2 days, staff is friendly. The only thing I will complain about is the pool amenity. Over the summer it was out of service for 2+ months and this was disappointing. Furthermore, I will say this is not the most luxurious apartment, the outside isn’t as “modern” as some others in the area, but the interior is aesthetic and I enjoy my space.
