Tuscany Apartments

I love the apartment I live in. It's spacious for a 1 bedroom at about 1000 square feet and boasts new, stainless steel appliances. The complex has a manager on site every single day for any issues that might arise. The maintenance team is always timely and you can submit any maintenance requests through a convenient app. The complex is located five minutes from multiple grocery stores, Costco, In-n-Out, Homegoods - you name it! Everything is very convenient and feels extremely safe. The downsides are a long commute to campus (25-30 minutes) and the price. The pool, hot tub, and gym are average. Summerlin is generally more expensive to live in, but every student I know who does live here loves it.
